Black Shed Drums New for UK Drum Show 2024

No two drums the same!! That’s the motto of Black Shed Drums, based in Barrow-in-Furness, at the edge of The Lake District.

Owned and run by Leanne Corbett-Jones, a drummer with over 25 years’ experience, Black Shed Drums is your local, friendly go to place for all your drum building, customisation, servicing, repair, refurbishment and restoration needs.

From snare drums, individual drums to full kits, I can help to bring your vision to life by building you a snare, kit or individual drum to your own specifications, thereby creating a drum or full kit that is completely unique to you.

Want to change the look of your drums but don’t want the expense of a new snare or kit?

Got an idea but not sure how to achieve it?

Bring your drums to me and let me transform the look of your kit for you.

Using various mediums such as genuine drum wrap, printed drum wrap, adhesive vinyl’s, sticker bombing, wallpaper, paint, wood stain and anything else you (or I) can think of, I can help to create your vision.

There are 3 levels of servicing available;

Basic – A clean and polish with all hardware in-situ on the drum.

Intermediate – A clean and polish with all hardware removed from the drum.

Advanced – A full strip down, clean and polish of all component parts.

All services can be individually tailored to meet your exact requirements.

From rattly snares and squeaky pedals to missing or broken parts and split skins. I can repair damage to your drums and hardware, helping you to get the best out of your drum or drum kit. More often than not, it’s possible to repair broken items thus saving the expense of buying new equipment.

This includes;

Cleaning and polishing drums and hardware

Rust removal (where possible)

Replacing old, damaged or broken parts

Replacing drum heads/skins

Drum/drum kit re-wraps
