Natal Drums celebrated ten years of being part of the Marshall family at the recent 2020 NAMM show with a bang, exhibiting an eye-catching 22-showpiece maple kit. Styled in black and gold sparkle with salt and pepper bass drum skins and Natal block logos, the kit pays homage to Natal’s owner, Marshall Amplification Plc.
Natal stated: “Drumming was in Jim Marshall’s DNA so when Natal was welcomed to the Marshall family as percussion brand in 2010 it was only fitting to introduce drum kits. Now to celebrate 10 years in the drumming business, we are displaying this incredible 22-piece maple kit.”
The gargantuan kit consisted of…
- 24″ x 16″ bass drums (x2),
- 8″ x 7″, 10″ x 7″ & 12″ x 7″ rack toms,
- 14″ x 14″ & 16″ x 14″ floor toms,
- 14″ x 8 & 10″ x 7″ snare drums
- 14″ x 12′ snare/floor tom,
- 20″ x 16″ gong drum,
- 8″ x 10″, 8″ x 12″, 8″ x 14″ & 8″ x 16″ octobans.
Aside from it’s appearance at the NAMM show, Natal have confirmed that the kit will be winging it’s way across the pond to appear at The UK Drum Show this September (Manchester Central, 26 & 27 September 2020 – tickets & more info: www.theukdrumshow.com)
