SABIAN EXPANDS FREQUENCY-REDUCED FRX LINE

Sabian have announced two new models in its frequency-reduced FRX line, with a 10” Splash and 18” Chinese to give drummers who play in settings where traditional cymbals are just too much, with two excellent effects options. “The Splash offers pristine, 100% pure Splash tone”. “The 18” Chinese offers just the right amount of trash, with all the blistering heat drummers expect in a China, but with built-in EQ for complete control,” state Sabian. 18” AAX Heavy Crash

SABIAN AAX GOES HEAVY

For 2020 Sabian has added a new a Heavy Crash to its recently redesigned AAX line. Launched with Thin and Medium Crashes, the new Heavy Crash gives drummers who play AAX more meat for more projection and volume claim Sabian. Slightly darker than the traditional AAX, Sabian suggest more highs into the tone with this new addition. For drummers, this can mean brighter highs and more complex lows in a Heavy Crash offering. NEW SABIAN HHX COMPLEX

“The new HHX Complex are some of the richest, sweetest sounding cymbals” state Sabian, “offering drummers deep, complex tones with enhanced lows and boosted shimmer”. Two new Rides are available to offer even more versatility to the line, the Big, thin and dark. The hand-hammered raw bells on new 21” and 22” Complex Thin Rides have been created to enhance the lows and boost the complexity. 14” B8X Concert Band Natural finish 

SABIAN ADDS NEW B&O CYMBALS TO AFFORDABLE B8X LINE

Designed for budget-sensitive percussionists, schools and ensembles, Sabian has added new B8X Band, Marching and Concert Band pairs. The B8X line, claim Sabian, offer full, bright sound, with significantly richer tone than entry-level Brass cymbals. B8X Marching Band pairs cut musically through marching ensembles, while the Concert Band pairs blend nicely with concert ensembles. Crotales High Octave Set

NEW SABIAN CROTALES RAISE THE BAR

SABIAN continues to raise the bar for Crotales with new High and Low sets. The 13-disk sets provide unmatched purity and clarity, state Sabian, with perfectly matched fundamentals and harmonics. Tuned to A=442, both sets offer excellent projection and sustain, with pitch and intonation remaining crystal clear throughout the entire duration of each note.
